I look forward to building a safe space with you where you can explore your mind and troubles without fear of judgement. We are here on this journey together to figure out what path of healing and growth is the best for you. My goal is to help you recognize and utilize your strengths to help you find your solutions. Together, we will walk the path of achieving your goals. You are the expert in your own healing. In the times that you are having trouble believing in yourself, I will be there to hold that space for you. We are a team!

I am obtaining my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at the Seminary of the Southwest. I graduated with a bachelors in sociology from UT in 2019. For the past six months, I was an English Teacher in Thailand and made the choice to do so in order to fully immerse myself in a different culture, especially one where mental health was not so outwardly spoken about. Coming from an Asian background myself, I understand the deep stigmatization that comes with mental health struggles. I have learned so much in my short time living abroad, things that I will bring into my work as a future LPC. My hope is to create a safe space for everyone, inclusion of those from all different backgrounds and provide culturally competent services to whom I am fortunate enough to work with.
