I believe therapy is a great tool to support individuals in continuously renewing their minds and breaking generational patterns. My style is humorous, directive, expressive, and uplifting. With compassion and grace, I can provide a safe and brave space for my clients to find the strength that is already within them. I am passionate about empowering and supporting my clients in developing greater self-awareness and healing their relationships with themself and others. As an immigrant, I take pride in my culturally responsive approach. I strongly believe in creating an environment where clients feel comfortable bringing all aspects of their intersecting identities into our sessions.

I have BA in Psychology from Truman State University and I am currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Seminary of the Southwest.

In my free time, I love globetrotting, spending quality time with my friends and family, playing with my husky, Nala, and pretending to be a professional food critic at restaurants.
