I graduated from the Seminary of the Southwest in 2017 with a MA in Mental Health Counseling degree. In 2017 I obtained a LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor)  license and have been working with people seeking recovery from various addictions. So often in our lives we form habits, beliefs, and patterns that once served us in some way to protect us from the many vulnerabilities we have from living life. We get entangled in worn out stories and ways of being in the world that creates a tension between who we are and who we want to become. For me, I have found nature based practices assist me in reconnecting to aspects of myself that have been lost by our current culture and family of origins. Perhaps we can work together regardless of what you suffer from and find ways that can release you from the parts of yourself that dominate and drive you in ways that no longer serve you and open you up to the many possibilities life has to offer.

Iā€™m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a LCDC and am currently supervised by Jyl Scott-Reagan.
